Scoppia means " to burst forth" in Italian, and that's exactly what this Sparkling Wine does when the tiny bubbles hit your palate. Made in the Method Traditionelle, it developed a wonderful creamy texture, and notes of hazelnut, Meyer lemon, and toast. Being a Brut style, it has a lingering dry finish and is the perfect pairing with salty crispy pomme frites, buttered popcorn, and any washed-rind cheese!
